According to media, in an address to masses of people at the Founder of Islamic Republic of Iran’s Holy Shrine on Saturday, the Leader of Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, emphasized that Palestine can not be disintegrated and belongs, in its entirety, to Muslims.
A number of news media covered the remarks of the Leader of Islamic Revolution on the sensitive and key issue of Middle East region. AFP, United Press and Egypt’s Al-Wafad News Network reflected on the remarks made by Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei on the issue of Palestine. Arab-language AFP published the remarks of the Leader of Islamic Revolution on the issue of Palestine and reported that Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei on the 22nd anniversary of demise of late Imam Khomeini (May his soul rest in peace) noted that the land of Palestine belongs to all Palestinians and cannot be disintegrated. Moreover, United Press, in a report on the Leader of Islamic Revolution’s remarks on Palestine, said that Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei called for a referendum from all Palestinians for determination of their fate. France 24 News Network also cited the Leader of Islamic Revolution as saying that Palestine belongs to all Palestinian people.
Furthermore, Lebanon’s Al-Manar News Network covered the Leader of Islamic Revolution’s remarks about the regional revolutions and reported that the revolutions which have taken place are landmark events. Reuter’s news agency also reported that Iran supports all Islamic movements. But, if in a country, moves have taken shape with the provocation of the US and the Zionists, Iran does not support such moves.
